Data we process, purposes and legal bases

Distributor and contact form: when you submit the form we process your name, company, country/city, phone number, email address and the content of your message. We use them to assess your request and to reply to you. Legal basis: the processing is necessary to handle your request and for our legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-c and 5/2-f; GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).

Contact by WhatsApp, phone or email: we use the information you send us only to reply to you.

Site usage statistics (only if you consent): the pages you visit, clicks on WhatsApp, phone, email and store links, device and browser type, approximate location (country/city level) and the source that brought you to the site are collected with Google Analytics. The purpose is to improve the site and measure interest. Legal basis: your explicit consent. If you decline, none of this is collected and you can use the site exactly the same way.

Transfers

Analytics data is processed through Google's analytics service (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC) only if you consent, and may be stored on servers outside Türkiye. This transfer is based on your explicit consent. The website is hosted and delivered through Cloudflare, which is also used to deliver form messages to us by email. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing.

Retention

Form and correspondence data is kept while your request is being handled and for the legally required periods, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Analytics data is kept in Google Analytics only for the period set in the property's data retention settings.

Your rights

You have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties it is transferred to, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request deletion or destruction, object, and claim compensation for damages (KVKK Art. 11; GDPR Arts. 15-21 where applicable). Send your request in writing to [email protected] or to the address above; we reply within 30 days at the latest.
